| Caller ID |
Select the TAPI interface from the available choices in the drop-down box to enable Caller ID. |

Configure the setup parameters for the optional Automatic Credit Card Authorization system. |

| Administrative Preferences |
Set the parameters for each workstation, such as the Default Address and Phone Information |

| User Access |
Define each person in your organization who will have access to WinLimo, what their roles will be and the exact Access Privileges to each part of the program. |

| Landmark Types |
Define all the different Landmark Categories, such as Airports, Hotels, Restaurants, Shopping Centres, etc. This will simplify Call Taking and Dispatching. |

| Define Landmarks |
Add Landmarks to the Landmark Database, so that Order Entry can fast and efficient. Landmarks can then be used in the rating module to automatically price trips. |

| Manage Drivers |
Add Drivers to the database, making note of their personal details, hire date, pay rates, etc. WinLimo also provides a place to define all other staff. Unlimited notes can be recorded for tracking performance. |

| Manage Accounts |
Define Accounts for Billing Purposes. WinLimo allows highly detailed information to be entered for any clients you will be billing. Contacts within each account are added separately. Set default rating, discounts, etc. |

| Manage Passengers |
WinLimo keeps a separate database of all passengers, allowing Call Takers to Track Passenger Preferences and Personal Information. This helps improve customer service and speed of call taking. |
