The WinLimo Dispatch Screen lays out all ongoing and scheduled orders in a logical manner, with the trips at the bottom and 10 searchable fields at the top for pinpointing the trip you're looking for. The searchable fields allow you to filter the dispatched, scheduled, and cancelled trips to display only the ones you need, quickly and conveniently. You can search for trips by anything you want, including vehicle type, driver name, passenger name, phone number, trip date, confirmation number, and more.

Once you have located the trip you are looking for, you can change the leg-status simply by right-clicking on the trip. From there, you can change the status to assigned, dispatched, arrived pickup, loaded, arrived drop off, completed, cancelled, or no show. This allows the dispatcher to keep track of every driver or vehicle so that they know exactly who is available and who is not.

The Dispatch Screen also allows the dispatcher to easily bring up trip details, such as the number of passengers, payment type, and any other order information, simply by double clicking on the trip. You can even quickly modify the order by right clicking on the trip for easy access to change the vehicle or driver. If you simply want to visualize all of the active trips, you can click the "Hide Criteria" button and show only the trips and not the selection criteria.
