Q. Do you provide a demo disk or trial period for WinLimo?

A. Sorry -our experience has shown that providing demo software or a trial period is simply not effective without proper customer training. Instead, we have made it as absolutely painless as possible to acquire a WinLimo system

with a very low capital outlay and exceptionally low monthly rent. In our 15 years or providing dispatch systems, it has never been more affordable to reap the benefits of our system. You need only to commit to one month’s rent and the setup fee, which is less than a typical repair bill on one of your vehicles.

Q. What if I am not sure if WinLimo fits my business?

A. Call us -in 15 minutes on the phone, we will tell you if it is a good fit or not a good fit. The last thing we want is a one-month client, so we will not try to convince you to go ahead if it is not a really good fit.

Q. What is involved in setting up WinLimo?

A. WinLimo is a hosted application that requires no installation at the customer site. Once you sign up for WinLimo, we will have your system ready in only a few days. Accessing WinLimo is just a simple matter of double clicking on a Remote Desktop connection on your PC.

Q. Can I access my WinLimo system from more than one PC?

A. Yes, you will be able to access your system from any Windows PC connected to the internet. This means you could do call-taking, dispatch or billing from your home at times or at your office at other times. We count only the number of simultaneous sessions -in other words, you will be able to access your system simultaneously from as many PC’s as you have licenses for. For example, if you require a separate Call-Taker and a Dispatcher to both be using the system at one time, you would need to subscribe to one extra license seat.

Q. Do you offer a non-hosted version of WinLimo?

A. Yes, we offer 3 other levels of the system, each with additional capabilities. The next version up is called TranWare Lite, which can be provided as a locally installed Desktop system. This version is only $50.00 per month additional.

Q. If I upgrade to another version later, will I be able to transfer all my historical data?

A. Absolutely -you will be able to keep 100% of your data.

Q. What are the benefits of a hosted system?

Q. If I like WinLimo, can I buy it?

A. You would need to migrate to our TranWare Enterprise version which you can purchase. We will even finance it for you internally. However, it would be difficult to justify the additional expense for fleets under 10 to 15 vehicles.
