Q. How is training provide for WinLimo?

A. We include 4.5 hours of personal training via web conference. This is done in 60 to 90 minute increments on a schedule that suits your needs.Our experience is thatkeep these sessions less than 90 minutes increases retention and gives you time in between to practice what we have taught.

Q. How are the WinLimo training sessions broken down?

A. Separate Training Sessions Included:
-30 Minutes – System Overview
-60 Minutes – Call-Taking
-60 Minutes -Dispatch
-60 Minutes -Billing & A/R (If Purchased)
-60 Minutes -Training Review

Q. Are training manuals provided?

A. Yes, we provide separate manuals on Setup, Call-Taking, Dispathing ad Billing.

Q. How difficult is it to learn WinLimo?

A. The program is very simple to use and fast to learn. For example, after one hour of Call-Taking training, you are ready to practise booking trip reservations. If you are as committed as we are, you will be running live in only a few days!
