WinLimo Dispatch Screen

WinLimo is a complete CAD Dispatch (Computer Aided Dispatch) system designed to simplify, accelerate and improve the consistency of dispatching. Color coded screens with automatic refresh help the dispatcher stay organized and attuned to the current status of all trips and vehicles. The system draws the attention of the dispatcher to trips that are becoming stale and those that have a higher priority. WinLimo organizes trips in the order they are due to be dispatched, to keep the dispatchers attention focused.

WinLimo’s integrated CAD engine can help the dispatcher make efficient dispatch decisions based on the combination of the vehicle type specified and the trip and vehicle locations. Logical zones can be attached to zip codes or cities so that the pickup and drop-off locations of each trip are automatically zoned. WinLimo then automatically posts vehicles into their destination zones upon trip completion and keeps track of the zone posting order of each vehicle. In addition, the Dispatcher can at any time manually post a vehicle to a specific landmark or zone. Separate zone and vehicle status displays provides quick overview of the zone posting order and the status of all drivers and vehicles.

Dispatching trips is fast and simple with WinLimo. Marking a trip Assigned, Loaded, No Show, Cancelled or Complete is a one touch function. When Assigning a trip, the system will recommend the appropriate vehicle based on the vehicle attributes and zone posting order. The WinLimo Dispatch screen can also be sorted several ways to allow the dispatcher to find pertinent information quickly. Instant search functions allow lookups by driver, vehicle, passenger name or number, job number, etc.

WinLimo’s intuitive interface will prompt the Dispatcher to be more efficient when appropriate. For example, if two separate passenger reservations have similar pickup or drop off locations, it will prompt the Dispatcher if both trips should be assigned to the same driver. The optional text messaging module can reduce voice traffic substantially, allowing complete trip details to be sent to the drivers on any cellular phone.
