Simply input the first couple of characters into any field, hit enter, and the matching choices appear. Highlight the correct choice and then tab to the next field, and so on... Virtually all fields are searchable with the simple press of a button. Using standard telephone Caller ID, when existing customers call, the new order screen is automatically populated with all existing customer information including telephone numbers, home and/or work addresses, payment information, and most importantly, previous trips.

New orders begin as Quotations, allowing the Call Taking screen to be used to generate exact quotations of even the most complex trips . Click the "Publish" button and quickly print, e-mail, or fax the quotation or confirmation to the customer. Quotations become confirmed orders in a single click.

Call Taking has never been easier with WinLimo's Automatic Zoning and Rating system, which automatically prices complex multi-leg trips , taking into account the trip type, vehicle type, pick-up and destination landmarks, extra passengers and even special handling charges or extras, such as roses, champagne, car phone usage, etc.
