What Does the Product Include?

WinLimo is a Windows compatible business management software application designed specifically for Limousine and Black Car companies. As indicated in the WinLimo features sections described on the links to the left, the program has all the powerful features needed to run your  complete operation from as order entry, to flexible trip pricing, automatic landmark database, billing and invoicing and so on...

Therefore, the only option available is the Quickbooks Accounting Interface.

The product includes complete documentation and WinLimo has a built-in Windows context-sensitive help capability. Software support provides telephone based technical support as well as all software upgrades for the modules purchased.

Software support is billed at 15% of the total software purchase price annually for standard business hour support. Support fees are billed in advance annually.

The included documentation describes, in a user friendly manner, how to set up and install the product on your computer workstations, how to configure the system for operation on a local area network, as well as step-by-step instructions on all aspects of program operation.

What if I Need Additional Help or Training?

We believe that the product includes all the documentation and support necessary to get the product up and running, as well as learn program operation. However, if you require more detailed training assistance or implementation support, Future Quest offers either on-line Internet based training or on-site training and implementation support. The following quotation is an example of a complete WinLimo system for a Limousine company with approximately 10 vehicles. The system includes two user licenses for use on two customer supplied PC workstations, both which have the full power of the WinLimo program and are not restricted to any certain functionality. A Caller ID Interface is built-in, which will populate the order entry screen with previous customer details automatically, allowing order processing to be sped up considerably. The system also includes the Accounting Interface for QuickBooks, which allows invoices generated in WinLimo to be seamlessly transferred into QuickBooks and GL entries to be automated. Multi-leg trip pricing, landmark database and driver commissioning are also included.
