WinLimo's Trip Rating and Pricing can be configured to identically match your company's current trip rating and pricing
structure, no matter how complicated or extensive. The power and flexibility of WinLimo's Trip Rating and Pricing structure is what makes it a tailor-made solution for any limousine business.
Step by Step Rate Creation
First, within WinLimo, you will create the general rate categories to be used in your business. These would likely include categories such as "Airport to Zone", "Airport to Hotels", "Landmark to Landmark", "Zone to Zone", "As Directed", and so on.
Then, within each of these general categories, you will create the individual rate items. For example, within "Airport to "Zone", you would create trip rates for "Airport to Zone 1", "Airport to Zone 2", etc. |
|
The rates created in each category can be based on flat rate or variable pricing. Pricing can be configured according to any number of variables such as Days, Hours, Minutes, Miles, Meter, Point-to-Point, Passengers, Weight, Inventory, and more.
|
Each rate code you create can then be priced to cover a number of variables, such as "One-Way" versus "Round Trip", "Number of Passengers", "Additional Trip Legs", "Extra Fees such as Parking", "Inventory Used", and more.
The flexibility of trip rating with WinLimo allows you to set up your pricing to match your existing rate structure no matter how complex. You can add all of your own custom rate structures to WinLimo and receive the benefits of a custom software solution, for the price of an out-of-box solution. |
